We want you to enjoy using your X Rocker product and be more than satisfied with our innovative technologies.
But perhaps you have questions about how to use it, or are experiencing problems setting it up or connecting it. Perhaps you're simply not completely satisfied. In the interest of sustainability, we ask you to contact our customer service first before returning a product.
If you are still not satisfied with the product, you have the right to return it under the conditions listed below.
The following cancellation policy for consumers applies to a contract a) where the goods are delivered in a single delivery, b) for several goods that the consumer has ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, c) for the delivery of one good in several partial deliveries or pieces and d) for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his or her commercial nor to his or her independent professional activity.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1.1 You have the right to cancel your contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
1.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (XRocker GmbH, Bahnhofsplatz 42, 28195 Bremen, marketplace-imprint@xrockereu.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or via our contact form). You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
1.3 To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
2. CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
2.1 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
2.2 For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
2.3 We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
2.4 You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
2.5 Within Germany, we cover the costs of returning the goods via parcel delivery. Shipping costs will be invoiced to the customer.
2.6 Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Please return the item to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Products that have been partially or fully assembled are not eligible for a refund.
2.7 You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

4. EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
4.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
4.2 The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, or for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
4.3 The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have only begun to execute the contract after you have given your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of our contract performance. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
